Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information.

2.1 Information stored on your device

By default, recovery content you enter — such as quit dates, streaks, relapse notes, journal entries, goals, themes, reminder preferences, and progress — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage provided by your operating system.

We cannot see this on-device data unless you choose optional cloud backup while signed in (see below). If you delete the App or clear its data without a backup, local information may be permanently lost.

Account services are provided using Supabase (authentication and database hosting). You do not have to create an account to try many features of the App.

2.3 Cloud backup (optional, when signed in)

If you are signed in, the App may sync a copy of your app data to our cloud database so you can restore it on another device or after reinstalling. Synced data may include trackers, journal and check-in content, settings, workbook progress, and related recovery records you store in the App.
